Puerto Vallarta 2006 - Part 3

We had made arrangements before we left to go on a fishing boat. We paid $140 USD for 4 hours. We caught tons of fish - I'll post a picture or two but first, here is a picture of our captain and his helper. Awesome man. I would recommend him to anyone.

Here are some pictures of the fish we caught. I have never caught so many fish in my life in one morning. We would have two fish more often than only catching one fish. They were not very big, but there were lots of them.

Robin kept catching these little catfish. Yuck. We just threw them back.

Here are some Pelicans that decided they would try to steal some of our fish as we caught them. No such luck - our captain was a good protector. :o)

Here are some pictures I took of the Mountains from the Bay.

Here is a picture of all the fish we caught - we did pretty good I think.

This is a picture of what the maid had left us when we got back from our fishing trip. Pretty cool I thought.

We had decided earlier in the week that our last night in PV we would have Pizza Hut. This is how they deliver pizza's down there. Too funny.

And this is one of their water delivery trucks - needless to say they wouldn't last long in Manitoba. Some trucks are not covered at all. Robin thought that was insane.

Here is the beach on our last morning in PV. It's pretty rough water first thing in the morning.

And here is a final picture from the Buffet restaurant.

Well that ends another trip to Puerto Vallarta - hopefully we will be able to return sooner rather than later.

Take care.
