OK - so a little more than a week ago I hurt my back picking up my dog kennel. I went to the Dr and she said "Do some stretching exercises to get the kink out" - Well I have been stretching it and every morning when I wake up - IT HURTS still!!! Today I could barely walk for the first 45 minutes I was awake. This sucks! I have always had a bad back - ever since I had my son (at 15 yrs old) then followed by my girls. I think I will give it another week and if it's still sore, I'll head back to the Dr.On another note, Misty (my female cocker spaniel) had puppies on Christmas Day - in the back of my truck no less. Anyhoo, I still have one left - a male, almost white in color with some sand mixed in. If you or someone you know is looking for a puppy, this one needs a new home. I have enough animals without keeping one more. Here is a of picture of him:
