House update
Well we put in an offer last night and they came back with a counter-offer that we have agreed to. So it looks like we have bought ourselves a new house pending the sale of our current house. The only way it won't be ours is if someone else offers him a better deal. So far no one has. Our anticipated possession date would be October 1 if our house sells in the next month.Here are some pictures I took of the new house:
This is the dining room which goes to the sunroom.
This picture is of only half the sunroom. We'll finish the walls and ceiling and it will be nice in there. :o)
I'll post more pictures as time goes on - we will need to get in there to finish the basement before we move in.
