A little bit of everything
Well we're back from Mexico. :-( I always hate leaving there and this time was harder than the other times. We were there for 10 days and it was good...other than Westjet not sending 2 of our 3 pieces of luggage with us. Somehow it didn't make it onto the plane in Winnipeg, so they sent it to Calgary and then onto Puerto Vallarta. But then the people at Westjet didn't tell the airport at PV where to deliver our bags. So they sat at the airport for 5 days... made for a not so good start to our vacation. We finally got our bags 6 days into our 10 day vacation. Grrr. We got home on Dec 15th and I sent our receipts into Westjet. Got a call Wednesday night and they said they'd either give us the $500 cash or $1200 in a flight credit. I called them Thursday and told them I wanted $1500 and they agreed. So our next flights are paid for. :-) We spent a lot of time walking, talking and re-connecting. :-) That part was awesom.Here are just some of my pictures:
Ally's puppies are getting bigger, I only have one sold so far but I'm not worried. Here are some pictures of them now. :-)
Not much is new at home - the kids are off school now until Jan 5th so I am cleaning my house nightly. :-( Robin is on the road a lot lately, some days it's overwhelming...but I'm committed to making it work. I think November he was on the road 24 of 30 days..yikes!Work is going to start getting busy now that 2008 is over. Maybe I'll have enough OT to take some time off in April :-) That would be nice.
